Essential Calculator Skills and Key Concepts Kickstart Programme

  • 35 hours of instruction, including worked examples of key concepts, plus
  • a file of JSF workshop summary notes, exercises and slides, plus
  • an online practice exam, plus
  • ongoing personal support from Peter and JSF until the exam, plus
  • participation in the JSF WhatsApp study group, plus
  • refreshments and secure parking.

Certificate Candidates who attend all the sessions for either Option 1 or Option 2 and successfully complete the online exam will also receive a certificate and credits equivalent to one module of the JSF Certificate in Practical Finance (see for further details).

The Course Presenter:

Peter van Ryneveld

Peter van Ryneveld's career has been in merchant banking, stockbroking and management training. He joined UAL Merchant Bank in 1985 as an investment analyst and by the time he left in 1988 he was Head of Research, responsible for monitoring the performance of shares in all sectors of the economy, producing the quarterly economic overview for the investment division of the bank and managing a department of ten people.
