In-House Corporate Courses: Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions	Postponement	Cancellation
More than 30 full working* days before the course is due to start	No charge	No charge
Less than 30 full working* days, but more than 7 full days before the course is due to start.	No charge, provided that the full course fee is paid on the original due date, and that the course is rescheduled to an agreed date within six months.	50% of the full course fee.
7 full working* days or less before the course is due to start.	As immediately above, but with an additional postponement fee of R 2 000 plus VAT per course day.	75% of the full course fee.

*Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

All accommodation and travelling costs of the presenter will be borne by the client, including travel agency fees and costs arising from postponements or cancellations.
Payment is due on presentation of our invoice. Interest at 12% per annum from date of invoice may be charged on outstanding accounts beyond 60 days from date of invoice.

Payment in full is required in advance to secure your place on the course.

Postponement:

Delegates are permitted one postponement to a course presented in the same calendar year at no increase in fee. If the next course falls in the following year, any increase in fees will apply.
The postponement fee is payable before the start date of the original course, otherwise it will be treated as a cancellation.

Cancellation:

Cancellation terms are based on the original course dates.
Any cancellation/postponement of a re-booking will incur a 75% cancellation penalty on the original course fee.
